Description

Start at either end of this rugged trail, from the south if you prefer climbing, from the north for a net elevation loss. Pine Creek flows through the length of the canyon with seasonal waterfalls and stream crossings. At the southern end, you'll find a large swimming hole if the water is flowing. This trail is best enjoyed in cool weather.

Be sure to consider the weather when you plan to tackle this route. In the summer, it might be tough to carry enough water to finish the length of the trail, and no water is likely to be found along the way in the warmest months.
