Trail shared by Rob Cummings

The Brown trail meanders along the Cross River for ~a mile then heads into the hills just north.

Rob Cummings

Features River/Creek · Wildlife

Description

The trail along the river can get pretty muddy though the worst sections are bypassed or have boardwalks on them. The eastern section climbs up a hill and goes along the ridge before heading down into Deer Hollow where both trails intersect for a bit. The western section is also hilly doubletrack with several vernal pools just off the trail in the flatter sections.
