Family Friendly An old growth forest loop that the whole family will enjoy in the Longmire area of Mount Rainier National Park.

Description

Follow this short, easy route through old growth forest as it loops up, then down the eastern slopes of Rampart Ridge. This is a great interpretive trail that showcases the amazing old growth forest. Note the "twins" as you round the loop.
