This historic "sign" (the antler) stands out from quite a distance, and says it all - "Entering Willmore Wilderness", a remote Alberta wilderness park.
Strolling through the high meadows towards Mt. Morkill, 7,500 ft. (center), on a perfect September morning. Mt. Morkill and the ridge on the right, are all part of the Great Divide.

A plaque with sage advice, was put in this cairn 20 years ago by the Willmore Wilderness Wanderers, a group of likeminded hikers of the Willmore Wilderness.
