This section looks like it was recently groomed and there were lots of cut branches stacked and blocking the view of the lake. Hopefully those will be removed soon.

This is entering into one of the wooded areas close to the fishing lake
This is a great place to relax on the lake.
So the trail is flooded and you have to go around...several of the satellite photos seems to show this as dry, so maybe it is passable in the summer. Your mileage may vary.
The trail surface through here gets kinda sandy again, but is pretty well packed.
