Wadsworth Falls

Description
While not the largest of Connecticut's waterfalls, Wadsworth Falls, located its an eponymous state park, is surely one of it's most grand. Falling 52 feet and measuring 30 feet across, it is a massive cascade. The falls are a sight to behold at any time of the year, but it is best after a heavy rain or during a snowmelt.
A nice part of this park is that a small observation platform has been constructed at the top of the falls that allows visitors to view them (safely) from above. Wadsworth Falls is a must see for any Connecticut State Park lover.
On the Road: There is limited parking located near the falls. The falls are then accessible by way of a few short paths.
