Description

Conveniently located about one mile away from the Cedar Breaks Visitor Center, Spectra Point offers stunning views of the arches, columns, spires, pinnacles and canyons that make up the giant geologic amphitheater of Cedar Breaks. Also, one of the world's oldest tree, the bristlecone pine, grows along the Spectra Point Trail.

Short Hike: From the Visitor Center, take the Ramparts Trail for just under a mile until it intersects with the Spectra Point Trail. Round trip mileages is around 2 miles for this out and back.

Family Friendly: A mellow hike out to amazing views with plenty to see along the way.
