“This loop requires a little climbing on easy terrain, but the downhill is worth it!

Description
There is nothing technical about this red section. You'll start this one off with a climb on a slight grade followed by a downhill which crosses a small wooden bridge. The next section of trail has you climbing non technical switchbacks. At 0.8 miles, this red section crosses over the Lercher 15 Yellow Trail on a steep descent. Hikers can hang a left onto the Lercher 15 Yellow Trail, or continue on across the edge of a field and then drop into the woods to cross a small stream.
The trail pops out onto a ranch road along a cattle lane. Follow the road and red arrows back to the Lercher 15 Yellow Trail.
