The coastal trail is comprised of five sections.
1) The Ceilidh Costal Trail Section: Canso Canal to Chisholm's Brook, Long Point
2) The Judique Flyer Trail Section: Chisholm's Brook to Little Judique Harbour
3) The Chestico Trail Section: Little Judique Harbour to Zutphen Farm SW Mabou River
4) The Mabou Rivers Trail Section: Zutphen Farm SW Mabou River to Blackstone
5) The Inverness Shean Trail Section: Blackstone to Inverness
