Description

This trail is part of the Ponca Wilderness Area. It descends to the Buffalo River. The trail is a well-traveled dirt path, which is easy on the way down, but challenging on the way back up. Trekking poles are recommended. From this trail you can also access the Hemmed-in Hollow Trail and the Centerpoint Trail if you are looking to add onto your hike.
