Description

From Swallow Falls, you go through pines with some roots along the trail all along a creek. There are a few long, straight, smooth sections and two road crossings. The ascent is more gradual in this direction and easier, in my opinion. There are some other trails/intersections in this area to explore along the way.

Beautiful park! Trail is muddier than expected. Certain sections are deep and very soft. Recommend waterproof, mid to high cut boots. 5.4mi
