This route is fairly short at less than a mile, but that doesn't mean that there's not plenty to see along the way! This route is a great way to connect the Riverside Trail with the Long Creek Trail, or is a good way to shortcut an outing on the Main Loop Trail. The route meanders through varied terrain, and you'll pass from open meadows to more forested areas. There's not an abundance of shade on this route, however, so come prepared with sun protection.
