Description

A beautiful trail of rugged coastline, cliffs, and forest. There is the possibility of seeing wildlife on land such as wild rabbits, as well as sea life such as seals and sea birds.

This trail gives you views of the LaHave Islands, along with West Ironbound Island. It can be difficult hiking to get to the trailhead at high tide because you have to hike on top of rocks for about a kilometer and a half. At low tide you can hike on the sand beach. Hirtle's Beach is popular among swimmer, and surfers alike.
