Description

The Spring Trail connects the Jordan Pond House to the Penobscot Mountain Trail, making it the most popular route to the top of Penobscot Mountain. The trailhead is located behind the Jordan Pond House. Follow the trail through the woods and you'll soon cross two Carriage Roads. Continue along the trail for about 0.3 miles, then cross another Carriage Road. At this point the trail starts on a steep ascent to the junction with the Penobscot Mountain Trail.
