The access roads to get here are mostly dirt roads with deep ruts.
Description
This trail starts off the obscure parking area off Sweet Pond Road. It heads towards a house, then turns left to follow along the western shore of Sweet Pond. It passes by a few small view spurs, then over some bog bridges at the northern end.
The trail arcs around and follows along the eastern shore, through a Hemlock forest. The trail crosses over a bridge, just below the dam, and ends at the road. Though the dam was repaired recently, they failed to keep the historic quality intact.
