Description

Virl Lake Spur is a side trail on the right (east) 2.2 miles from the Dorothy, Christine and Virl Lakes Trail #60 trailhead. A short, flat 0.3 miles through the woods on Virl Lake Spur brings one to the northwest end of Virl Lake. Virl Lake is a long, narrow lake between two ridges. Mountains are seen in the distance at the far end of the lake, making for a very pretty setting.
