Description

The trailhead is well marked with signs and blazing throughout. Look for the large bright blue and yellow gate at the entrance, but this is fairly hard to miss. This is best accessed from Chestnut Ridge Rd, or from the Lick Run Trail.

The trail is an easy down and back, as there are no difficult climbs or technical spots. Beware of descending mountain bikers.

The trail follows the small stream that ends at a pond. There are some washed out areas and one bridge that has collapsed, but these obstacles are easily traversed.
