Dogs Leashed

The access road to the trailhead is not marked and is easy to miss. The road is short but it may be harder for smaller cars with not a lot of clearance, the dips are drastic.

Need to Know

The trail follows a creek bed for a majority of the first mile or so and has an extremely sheer dropdown. Some areas of the trail have dips where the trail is washed out in the wetter months.

Wildlife can be seen in the area, bears specifically.

Great trail through the pine trees! This is an upward trek most all of the way. Views of garden valley at top! Took 1 hour 20mins one way to top. 2.6mi
