Description

Many hikers commonly use this trail to climb up from Salamander Flat Trail #150 to the Alpine Summit trailhead. Though steep in spots it is a good option for that.

The trail is narrow and tight amidst the ferns and understory. There are some rocks and stumps just off the side of the trail that could trip you up if you aren't paying attention. This trail may be less commonly used than others in the area so it can become overgrown and there could also be deadfall across it. If you catch it when it's all clear, it is amazing!
