Pigeon Roost Road runs through some tracks of private land, be sure to remain on the road through those tracks of private land.

Description

Not a destination hike but it connects to a lot of other trails.

Pigeon Roost Road is a US Forestry Service Road, marked with grey "P" trail markings.
Going south, it connects to the North Trail, Long Bridge Trail, Rockcrusher Road, Noxubee Hill Road, Blue E Trail, 3 Bridges Trail, Sheep Ranch Trail and Sheep Ranch Rd.

Just north of the Sheep Ranch Road/Trail is a primitive campsite with a privy/shelter and ample parking. From the South Trailhead starting with the Noxubee Hill Road, then left on Pigeon Roost Road and then left on Sheep Ranch Road, creates a great 8 mile gravel road loop with lots of climbs and descents.
