Description

Park at Snowblind campground up Tomichi Pass Rd. (County Rd 888). Hike 888 up to the treeline; you'll find a trail sign marking the beginning of the Canyon Creek Trail. It starts off with an ascent up a significant grade where you'll gain nearly a 1,000 vertical feet up a rugged and loose series of switchbacks. Its a bit tough but a long, delightful descent follows; the steeper sections are closer to the top and the trail gradually eases in grade as you lose elevation.
