The northern portion of this bike path, between Rodeo Lot and Intercept Lot, is closed for the winter season, Dec. 1st through March 31st.

Description

When hiking in the downhill direction, this path begins at the back of parking lot 4 near the Snowmass Village Mall. The trail crosses Wood Road and Faraway Road. Near the fire station, there is a short, steepish descent to Owl Creek Road. After crossing Owl Creek Road, keep to your left, crossing a bridge over the creek. The trail continues around the golf course, and continues paralleling Brush Creek Road all the way to the Intercept Lot at Highway 82.

The Brush Creek Bike Path is a common collector and arterial, so it's frequently used to access nearby trails or create loops.
