Description

This is a short trail in Brazos Bend State Park that does a loop around Horseshoe Lake. The trail is flat, wide, and made of gravel fill so it's accessible for the whole family with the family dog too, provided it is leashed.

You'll have to hike a very short ways down Elm Lake Loop to get to where the trail starts. You should be able to see alligators, birds, and a variety of plants on the trail.
