Description

From the parking area, this trail climbs steadily for about 2.5 miles. Bigtooth maples line the trail for the majority of the loop, exploding into brilliant oranges, reds, yellows, and purples in the fall. After this steady climb, the trail will turn south and you'll have a couple short ups and downs before coming to the junction with the Fourth of July Trail #173.
