Description

The trailhead is off of Canaan Loop Road in the Canaan Valley Backcountry. The sign at the trailhead is a little beat up, but easy to find. This is an out and back trail that leads to Table Rock and a great viewpoint of the Canaan Valley.

Flora & Fauna

The trail is lined with rhododendrons.

Very wet and muddy about half way out. Nice view but the "swamp of sadness" to get there was nearly impossible to pass with little kids.
