Description

The first quarter mile is actually drivable if you have a high clearance vehicle, so the trail is 1 mile long if you go to the little parking area at the end of that quarter mile of deeply rutted dirt road. From there, you start to descend gradually on a wide but very rocky trail that used to be a continuation of the road. Soon, though, the trail narrows and becomes less rocky, but also starts to descend more steeply, and you go downhill a lot until you get to about river level. The trail then approaches Lemolo Falls as you go upriver, with many good views of it as you approach, and then you can get right up to it at the end.
