For now, this is a trail to nowhere but it is a sign of things to come. The Brays Bayou Greenway is nearing completion of the full route from the Houston Ship Channel to Archbishop Fiorenza Park in west Houston. In addition to the lengthening, the trail through the more populated areas is being expanded to both banks of the bayou with underpasses of major arterials.

Though currently a stub, this trail is a pre-build of that future, and in 2026 we'll be able to stitch a new full-length Brays Bayou Greenway through-trail that has fewer at-grade crossings. Watch this space!
