Good size parking lot at trailhead.

Very gentle path. Wide enough to hike 2 people and 2 dogs side by side at parts. Part of the trail follows the river. The rest climbs up to an overlook with views of downtown and the great Blue Hill. The majority of the trail is shaded and consequently can be buggy (gnats mostly). Trail is well maintained. There are a few trail maps along the way to help keep you on the right path.
