Description

This recorded section captures the southern terminus of the Allegheny Trail where it meets the AT. The trail continues north past this mapped section. The Allegheny Trail extends north from this southern terminus for 287 miles through West Virginia (wvscenictrails.org/allegheny-trail-info). The trail is wide and clearly marked with yellow blazes.
