Park at the Farnam Drive parking lot, walk into the park along the main road for a quarter mile and then veer to the left (the two adjacent entrances to this trail are marked by boulders that serve as a barrier to vehicle traffic).

Description

This gentle paved trail was once a road but now permanently closed to motor vehicle traffic. It is an easy hike, fairly flat (various trails branching to the west go up to the heights of the park), and generally less busy than the more rigorous trails nearby. This trail can be taken out-and-back, or paired with the Red Trail which runs parallel through the woods.
