Need to Know

Parking is available behind either Clark Memorial Library or, except for Sunday mornings, behind the Bethany Congregational Church (now called First Church of Christ).

Description

This yellow-blazed trail is intended to be a fairly easy hike through the adjacent properties of the Edna L Delano Nature Sanctuary and Rodell's Roost for Robins, conveniently located in historic Bethany. Unfortunately, on our visit in late summer 2021, the trails were severely overgrown to the point of being impassable in segments. These segments were added manually based on the town-provided map, apart from the branch to the west (reported to connect to the Community School) which is seen in the linked PDF map. Hopefully it will get some maintenance soon!
