This is smooth flowing trail with few obstructions from either biking or hiking or running. You can access it from the parking lot at the barn. Along the road there is a trailhead with a sign for the two trails in the area. It's easy to follow and only crosses one other trail and is well marked. It's definitely memorable for its lake views.
