Description

Keep an eye out on the west side of the road shortly north of Steep Creek Falls and a wood bridge for a few small parking spaces that signify where this trail starts. Pick up the unmarked trail from the middle pull-off and simply head west towards the river. At the edge of beautiful Rock Creek is a small campsite.

Head north (right) onto some rocks for a great view of the upper falls, or south through the trees and onto a larger rock for views of the southern falls. From this larger rock you can also see straight onto the north falls. There are some nice pools that could make for good swimming if you're careful.

These falls are popular with kayakers who named them based on the enjoyment they bring: one is clearly more fun than the other!
