Need to Know
Parking access at the trailhead. No water sources. Two backcountry campsites located along the trail.
Description
This is an easy and well marked loop in the Sand Ridge State Forest. The second shortest trail in the forest, it is relatively flat with minimal grade changes. Unlike many of the trails in the forest, the path is mostly well packed without much loose sand, making for an easier hike. The majority of the trail is well shaded by the tall pines. Minimal equestrian access on the trail.
