There are no restrooms or facilities at either end. Bring lots of water. The climbs are substantial and it is very humid.

This trail is very narrow and can be steep at times. Many roots and rocks, but those can be more handy in stable footing for climbing inclines. It can be slick at times and I would advise to be sure it's a dry day. Once you reach the end you can scale around the rocks to the tide pools, but those can be quite precarious. I rated this as intermediate/difficult but on the upper end of that if you actually go into the tide pools.

We saw hermit crabs, birds, butterflies and mongoose on the hike.
