Overview

A quick way to see the views from the ledge at 4,000 feet.

Description

If you're not trying to bag as many peaks as you can and just want a nice day out hiking with a good view at the top, consider this route to the viewpoint on top of Mt. Osceola as an out and back.

The view at the top of this route is the best view from Mt. Osceola and the logistics are easier than hiking the entire Osceola Trail which leads to a different parking area on the north side. One thing to note is there are relatively few views on the way up and much of the summit is forested, so the only real viewpoint is from the endpoint of this trail, but what a great view it is!
