If you hike this trail in a clockwise direction, there is a sustained climb with no shade.

Description

This new trail construction is nice in either direction. The builders make these trails fun and interesting, intentionally using existing rock features to challenge mountain bikers as often as possible.

Don't forget to check out the views of Clear Creek Canyon and Centennial Cone Jefferson County Open Space Park which is right across the way to the east.
