Description

This trail begins on FS road 533, right near a large switchback in the road. The trail drops over 700 feet as you pass by beaver ponds, through aspen groves, and across the creek (a few times). The creek usually flows year round, which is a rarity in many places throughout the South Hills. It also passes by some great rhyolite cliffs, which have some small caves.

Flora & Fauna

Moose, elk, deer, beavers, hawks, crows, songbirds, porcupines
