From the parking lot, follow the obvious trail and stay left as you come down to the river. The trail heads down a quick hill and then your are hiking along the river.

At about a 1/2 mile you pull away from the river and hike through an energy corridor. Braided trails finally focus down and turn left into the forest.

A mile in you come out of the forest into an old demonstration farm field which takes you back to the parking lot.
