I several places you'll hike along what appears to be overgrown service paths for utility trucks.

Description

If you start at the West End you have to take a short (less than 0.5 miles) hike from the Cadron Settlement Parking lot to the trailhead. Once on the trail you'll make a descent up and then hike along the ridge. You'll cross several utility right of ways that will give you some nice views.
