Be alert for mountain bikers. This is black bear and mountain lion territory- always carry bear spray!

Description

Follow tthis trail from the Sawmill Gulch parking lot steadily uphill to the ridge at the back of the recreation area. Toward the front of the trail you may pass folks regularly, but once you're back to the ridgeline, prepare for some solitude. This trail is regulalrly biked, so stay alert for mountain bikers.
