In Aeschiried is a big parking area. In Suld is also a busstation if you want to do a short hike.

This route goes through the conservation area in Suldtal. It leads along farms and through forests. You can spot cows, sheep, goats and squirrels. The view of the surrounding mountains and the lake Thun is stunning.

You can take a local bus in Thun and get off at the bus station "Kiental, Dorf,." The whole route can be divided into three parts.

First Part: From Kiental to Renggpass, it takes about 2h 40min.
Second Part: From Renggpass to Suld, it takes about 1h 10min.
Third Part: From Suld to Aeschiried, it takes about 2h 40min.

At the bus station "Aeschiried, Schulhaus" you can take the local bus to Spiez.

Be aware of ticks. Check your body after the hike. Avoid stinging nettle. There are goat and cow farms.
