Description

This is a fun trail to be best enjoyed during early spring, fall and winter. This trail would be too hot to be enjoyed during the summer. They run cattle in the area so you may come across a few cows.

During the spring, you'll be treated with a lot of wildflowers blooming along the trail. Be careful as there is some poison oak on the trail.

Once you get down to the river, there is a lot of space to lay out and enjoy the river.

Flora & Fauna

Lots of wildflowers including poppies and lupins. Oak trees and Pine trees. We heard some turkeys and saw some cows. There are a lot of birds including hawks, jays, finches, etc.
