Need to Know

Woodstock parking area is across from the Woodstock Inn restaurant.

Description

This trail is great either from Woodstock or Marriottsville parking lots. Connect it with other trails and you can run from Sykesville all the way to Hollifield on the South side of the river.

This has predominantly been a horse trail, but has seen recent interest and trail work has been done to complete the trail all the way into Woodstock. For the most part you stick the most used trail. There is one tricky point where you turn left even though the main trail seems to continue up the hill.
