Shades Creek Greenway, more commonly known as the Lakeshore Trail, is a wide, multi-use path that winds through the woods along Shade Creek. Even though it is is never far from busy Lakeshore Drive, the trees and creek make for a scenic setting. Parking is available at either end, and you can choose your own length hike by turning around at any point on this out-and-back path.
