You can access this trail from the small parking area where the Wildwood Trail crosses Northwest Cornell Road, or from between two houses in Kings Heights neighborhood. Follow the Wildwood trail up from NW Cornell Road a few feet and look for this trail on the right/south. It will climb faster than Wildwood to start and then flatten out and parallel Wildwood to the east.

After a half mile, you'll come to an intersection with the Wildwood Trail again, which you can take uphill to the south to Pittock Mansion (there is a good map here too). Or continue east to the Kings Heights neighborhood. The biggest advantage to this trail is that it's less crowded than the Wildwood Trail, but is essentially the exact same thing in this part of Forest Park.
