“The Minnehaha Trail is a shady shoreline hike from Peninsula State Park's lakeside campgrounds.”— Dylan Payne
It can be very swampy on the trail so be prepared for mud and mosquitos most of the year and lots of puddles after a rain. The trail also has many large, flat, limestone rocks that have been eroded smooth and are very slick when muddy.
