Description

The Drivers Road East trail connects the Drivers Road Loop to the Wood Marr trail, crossing through open fields and forest while doing so. The trail is generally easy through the fields with few obstacles along the path. The forested section is more challenging however: expect rocks, roots, and the occasional downed tree. What the entire trail has in common is an upward slope heading east to west, with a steep grade at the eastern end of the trail followed by a more gradual climb afterwards. As the trail winds through the trees and opens to fields it offers excellent views of a current reforestation site within Patapsco, offering a visage that is sure to change in the years to come.
