Description

The trail starts pleasantly enough with views of Lake Koocanusa and access to the shore. But the return portion of the loop, an old gated road slightly inland, has little going for it. The trail is flat, but I rated it Easy-Intermediate instead of Easy because I had to look around a bit to make sure I was actually on the return portion of the trail.
