Description

Cargill Long Trail is a trail about 3 miles in length. The trail traces and old railroad right of way from Fourth Street to Teague Park. The original trail had trailheads at Hollybroo Drive and at Teague Park. The old parking lot at Hollybrook can still be used but the newer lot at Fourth is a better option. The trail has asphalt, concrete, and gravel surfaces that meander through large trees and up and down gentle slopes. Most people use the Forth Street trailhead and rarely venture past the two mile mark.

Flora & Fauna

Plenty of outdoor opportunities. You may see an occasional deer or other wildlife.
